Sean Trodden
Sean (Head Coach) first boxed for The Venture ABC in 1987 and has been here ever since! He’s a L3 Coach (Senior) Amateur Coach and also a Professional License Holder. Sean and his team are continuing the legacy that his father Dennis left behind.
Neil Oxton
Neil is a Level 2 Coach. ‘Oxo’ as he’s known, started coaching in 2007 at Liverpool’s Golden Gloves ABC before making the switch to The Venture ABC. Neil is a very proficient pad man and is an astute tactician.
Robbie Girven
Robbie won the Ventures first ever National Title, the Junior ABA Championships way back in 1985 at Wembley. Robbie boxed 76 times and went on to box internationally. Robbie is now back where it all began, coaching at The Venture ABC as a Level 2 Coach.
John Ratchford
John is a Level 1 England Boxing Coach. He has been with us now for 12 years and has a great eye for detail. John is a very welcomed addition to the team.
Kenny McKee
Ex Venture Boxer Kenny is in charge of our weight management and sparring organisation. Kenny has been at the club for many years and is a Level 1 England Boxing Coach.
John Foran
John is a Level 3 England Boxing Coach. A veteran of 63 contests for Rotunda and Lee Jones Boxing Clubs. An ex-England international and now a very experienced Coach.
