General Public

Daytime: Monday - Saturday 7am - 1pm 

£3 per workout or £10 per week

Evening: Monday - Friday 5pm - 7.30pm

£3 per workout or £7 per week

(If you pay £10 per week, this gives you access to both daytime and evening sessions)

Junior/Beginners (from 7yrs+) Boxing Session

Mon, Wed, Fri 5.00 - 6.00pm

£2 per session

Boxing Squad Session

Mon, Wed, Fri 6.00 - 7.30pm

£3 per session

Ladies Only Classes

Box Fit

Monday & Thursday 7.30 - 8.30pm 

Circuit Class

Sunday 10.30 - 11.30am

£4 per session

Personal training sessions are available for all and charged at £25 per hour

Ladies Only Box fit

Ladies, this is just for you. Get your head in the game and your fitness levels up with an intense fitness session. This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.

Junior Boxing Classes 7+

All of our young people must start with this class. It teaches them boxing basics, works on their strength and their discipline. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of ages.

Keep Fit/Squad Session

Fitness is the key to everything. In this session we'll get you working hard and moving fast. Come prepared.
